Only the nanny knows for sure

WHAT THE NANNY LEARNED

Heather Carmichael was thrilled at the prospect of a position as nanny to Boston's famous Sheffield family. Taking charge of the tiny heiress in their magnificent Beacon Hill home would be quite a challenge--as would the intimidating Sheffields themselves. Especially Max, whose gentle kiss told her he considered her much more than his niece's nanny. But a simple Southern lady didn't stand a chance with one of Boston's most eligible bachelors, especially with the Sheffields' unwritten rule against upstairs-downstairs relationships. Mr. Ethan Hadleigh, however, had something to say about that. A remarkable feat, since Ethan Hadleigh had been felled at the Battle of Lexington. Eyes twinkling with mischief, this eighteenth-century apparition decided to play matchmaker... and show Heather that when the heart is pure, anything is possible.
