Plain Jane

Plain Jane, maybe--but no easy conquest

Jane Fairchild, garden editor for Northwest Life, described herself as unglamorous and reserved. It suited her just fine . . . until she met Blake Bannister. As Seattle's most eligible male, Blake was out of her league, in looks and position. Sure, he'd hired her to landscape his home, but Jane didn't dare imagine he wanted anything more from her. Even when Blake did show interest, Jane wasn't convinced that attractive men pursued plain Janes with any serious intentions--the only kind she wanted.
