Runaway Brides

Three brides must overcome obstacles in their families, circles of friends, or in their relationships in order to have successful marriages in Debbie Macomber's ""Yesterday Once More,"" ""Full Circle"" by Paula Detmer Riggs, and Annette Broadrick's ""That's What Friends Are For."

"Yesterday Once More" - DEBBIE MACOMBER Potential Spouses: Julie Houser and Daniel Van Deen Major Obstacle: The groom's mother, who thinks nobody's good enough for her son! Second Chance? Possible, thanks to that very same mother, if she realized that Julie and Daniel belong together at last... "Full Circle" - PAULA DETMER RIGGS Potential Spouses: Jillian Anderson and Trevor Markus Major Obstacle: One of the principals is late for the wedding -- by about fifteen years! Second Chance? Possible, thanks to a fourteen-year-old wedding gift that the groom knew nothing about... "That's What Friends Are for" - ANNETTE BROADRICK Potential Spouses: Penny Blackwell and Brad Crawford Major Obstacle: The bride's about to walk down the aisle -- with someone else! Second Chance? Possible, if Brad can convince Penny to run away from her fiance... and toward him!
