Sweet Serenity

She thought he was a cad... As long as she lived, Miss Serenity Hoffenduffle would never forget the scene. Kidnapped in the middle of the night and brought to a house of ill repute, she was stunned to find her fiance, Randall Torrent, the Marquess of Chilton, in a thoroughly compromising situation. He thought she was a jade... As long as he lived, Randall would never forget the scene. Working undercover for the Bow Street Runners in a London brothel, he was fending off the unwanted attentions of a woman of the evening when he discovered a scantily clad Serenity in possession of stolen property. Could they be falling in love all over again? Naturally, their engagement was abruptly ended. But now, one year later, Serenity and Randall are together again stranded in the English countryside during a blinding snowstorm, fleeing for their lives from a gang of villains! With all their misconceptions about each other still intact, the last thing they expect is for their dangerous escape to turn into a most romantic escapade.
