A download or a page is not working
Expired ARC links are normal — ask for a fresh one; a page that will not load is worth reporting with its address.
For readers and authors · updated 2026-09-12
- An ARC link that stopped working most likely expired (fifteen minutes) — ask for a fresh one from My requests.
- A page that will not load or shows Something went wrong: reload once; if it repeats, send it to the team with the page address — the form fills it in for you when you come from the error page — and roughly when it happened. The report reaches a person.
- Slow pages on a weak connection: the product is built to work on a slow connection; if a specific page is unusable, name it.
