Reporting and blocking
Report from any ⋯ menu and a person reviews it; blocking hides you both from each other and can be undone from Settings › Privacy.

Every profile, post, comment, book and review has Report in its ⋯ menu. Pick a reason, add optional detail, and a moderator reviews it — you will not see a ticket queue, because there is none: reports go straight to the moderation team, and you are not told who acted.
Blocking someone hides you both from each other entirely — content, comments, search, interactions. They are not notified. After blocking from a profile you are taken home; undo it any time from Settings › Privacy.
