Running an ARC campaign
The wizard sets book, slots, deadline, formats, targeting and requirements; applications arrive with match and reliability; approve or decline individually or in batches.
For authors · updated 2026-09-12
Studio › Campaigns › New walks you through the book (published or coming soon), slots, deadline, formats (EPUB, PDF), your ideal readers (genres, tropes, languages — the match readers see is computed from this) and requirements. Save as a draft or open it.
Applications arrive under Applicants with each reader's match and ARC reliability. Approve or decline individually or in small batches; every decision notifies the reader. Suspended accounts cannot apply, and a campaign whose owner is suspended stops issuing downloads.
Where this lives
Related
- ARC delivery and tracking — Approved readers download through signed links with per-reader limits; the campaign page follows delivery, progress and reviews.
- Publishing your first book — Create a book in Studio with synopsis, genres, tropes, warnings, language, cover and sample; it starts as a draft and you flip it to Coming soon or Published.
