I cannot log in
Check the e-mail, then the password; a forgotten password is reset from the login page; a suspended or closed account says so.
For readers and authors · updated 2026-09-19
- Check the e-mail address — it is the one you signed up with, and it is not case-sensitive.
- If the password is refused and you cannot remember it, choose Forgot password? on the login page — see I forgot my password. A reset link comes to the address on the account, works once, and expires in an hour.
- A suspended or closed account is told so at login, with what to do next.
- If you are signed out unexpectedly on every device, somebody — you or support — used Sign out everywhere; sign in again.
