Settings › Privacy › Download your data requests a complete copy of your account — shelves, reading, reviews, Circles, ARCs, Goals, Wraps, and for authors the catalogue, series and campaign decisions. It is free, always. The archive is built in the background; you are told when it is ready and it stays downloadable for a while before it expires. Very large accounts get their copy in parts.

- Privacy basics: who sees what — Library, progress, activity and followers each have their own visibility; the whole profile can be followers-only; no advertising data.
- Closing your account — Delete your account from Settings › Account: your content is hidden at once, you are signed out, and after 30 days everything — rows and files — is permanently deleted; support can restore it inside those 30 days.
