An e-mail I expected did not arrive
During the beta e-mail may be off for the deployment; when it is on, check the digest rhythm and spam; reset links expire in an hour.
For readers and authors · updated 2026-09-19
- Digest: e-mail is a daily or weekly digest, not one message per event; check the rhythm under Settings › Notifications, and your spam folder once.
- Reset link: it expires an hour after it was sent and works once; ask for another from Forgot your password? — and see The reset e-mail did not arrive for the rest.
- The beta: e-mail may be switched off for the deployment entirely. When it is, the product says so where it matters (the reset request page says it above the form; the reset-link control tells support it cannot send), and everything still reaches you in-app under the bell.

- Notification preferences — Switch each kind of notification on or off; choose the e-mail digest's rhythm; unsubscribe links work without signing in.
- The reset e-mail did not arrive — Check the spam folder and the address you typed; a link expires an hour after it was sent; when e-mail is off for a beta deployment the request is recorded and the team sends the link by hand.
- I forgot my password — Ask for a reset link from the login page with the e-mail on your account; the link works once, expires in an hour, and signs out every other device when you use it.
