Running a circle: the Manage area
Owners and circle moderators manage details, plan, schedules, access, members, appearance, moderation and live sessions from one settings area.
For readers and authors · updated 2026-09-12
As an owner (or a member the owner made a circle moderator) you have a Manage area with sections: details, the reading plan, schedules, access (visibility and how people join), members (approve, decline, roles, remove), appearance (theme, accent, banner), moderation presets and live sessions. Each section is one screen with one primary action, and every moderation choice is a preset you can read before applying.
Invitation links are made in Access and can be revoked; a revoked link says so to whoever opens it.
